Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products.
COD is available only for our Ready-to-Ship Products that are currently in stock. These products can be dispatched immediately after your order is placed.
However, Made-to-Order or Custom Products are specially manufactured after an order is received. Therefore, COD is not available for these items, and prepaid payment is required to confirm the order.

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp Message. You can use this to track your order in real-time on our website or the courier partner's website.
We accept returns only for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within the specified return request period and provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
Once your return request is approved, you will be required to repack the product securely in its original packaging and share photos of the packed product with our team. After verification, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your location.

Yes, we provide GST-compliant invoices for all orders. The invoice will be sent to your registered email address and will also be included with your shipment.
You can change your delivery address before the order is shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number and new address. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
Installation and assembly services are not included by default with our products.
